Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Care
As a neurodivergent-affirming enthusiast, I honor each person’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world. My practice is rooted in empathy, authenticity, playfulness and a deep respect for your lived experience — because healing doesn’t happen through fixing, but through connection, trust, and presence.
My work is trauma- and attachment-informed, grounded in the belief that our nervous system carries deep wisdom — and that with compassion and curiosity, we can learn to listen to what our body is trying to tell us.
I integrate somatic awareness, EMDR, mindfulness, and parts work to support clients in releasing young survival patterns while growing a greater sense of safety and trust within themselves. When we become rooted in self-trust, we move through the world with loving resilience.
